Revive Property Services are recruiting!

We are looking for an Administrator to cover maternity leave. The post would be for approximately 12 months, with a start date of early April 2020, end date to be confirmed. However as our business is growing there may be potential for the post to become permanent at the end of maternity cover.

You will be working in a small, but busy team in our office in Liverpool. Main duties would be taking calls, processing all new jobs to our work systems, monitoring our main email account and dealing with all requests/ emails in a swift and effective manner, along all other general admin tasks relating to the business. The post is also a key holders position and the successful candidate would be required to open and close the office on a regular basis.

Although experience of working within the building/ construction industry in an administrative capacity would be beneficial, it is not a compulsory requirement as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and be confident talking to clients on the phone, ability to organise and prioritise tasks, and be willing to work as a team but also be comfortable working alone.

Hours of work: 9.30-4.30pm, Monday to Friday, with half an hour unpaid break.
