Revive Property Services is thrilled to announce we won the ‘Property Company of the Year 2016’ Award at Downtown In Business City of Liverpool Business Awards 2016.
On July 21, more than 270 of Liverpool’s leading businesses made their way to the magnificent Sefton Park Palm House to enjoy a ‘Gatsby’ themed gala dinner.
A total of 17 awards were handed out to, as Downtown In Business describes “the brightest and best in the region’s commercial sector”, in what was the twelfth annual City of Liverpool Business Awards.
Paul Rimmer, Manager Director at Revive spoke about the firm’s excitement at taking home this highly prestigious award, saying:
“We are ecstatic to win the award; it was completely unexpected. We were up against some of the biggest names in the industry, so to take the award home with us was amazing. It is great to be recognised for our team’s hard work and dedication.”
The fact that Revive has won such an exclusive and respected business award represents just how far the company has come in such a short space of time.
Just three years ago, Revive was formed by Paul and his brother Steven, who operated out of the back of Paul’s wife’s car! Fast-forward three years and the company is not only rubbing shoulders with some of the North West’s most prolific business names at an ultra-glamorous and prestigious award ceremony, but they are winning one of the most credible awards of the night!
As Paul Rimmer said:
“The fact that we have won such a sought-after award, against some of the biggest names in the business demonstrates the pace of growth Revive has undergone in three short years.”
To assist with our application to be crowned ‘Property Company of the Year 2016’ we informed the judges of our hard-working, entrepreneurial spirit and how proud we are at being able to offer permanent employment in Liverpool and, how by similar hard work and dedication, other small businesses can make a similar impact and put themselves on the business map.
In fact, when asked by the judges what has been our most satisfying achievement to date, we proudly asserted it is being able to offer work placements for a handful of young people and help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Revive also spoke of its big plans for growth in the forthcoming months, including moving into bigger premises in August and the purchasing of two properties to renovate to a high standard in order to let out to families on low incomes. One of the properties is already being let out to a young family and the other is still being refurbished.
Such proactive growth strategies that includes putting something back into the local Liverpool community, obviously impressed the judges!
As we said when we were nominated for the award, before we won it, winning a Liverpool Business Award would provide Revive with a “gold stamp of approval to our existing and future clients.”
The whole of our hard-working, close-knit team are ecstatic to have been rewarded for our innovation, dedication and commitment to property repair and maintenance in the North West and we’d like to thank everyone who voted for us for putting us on the pedestal of recognition we deserve.
