April news at Revive Property Services

There’s been an exciting new development going on behind the scenes here at Revive Property Services, we have won a framework bid with Sanctuary Housing to secure a three-year agreement with the social landlord organisation, with the option of a fourth year.

Revive has been working with Sanctuary Housing for more than two years and winning this bid will allow us to cement our ongoing partnership into something more concrete.

Sanctuary Housing is one of the UK’s leading social landlords, with approximately 100,000 homes throughout England and Scotland. The organisation has over four decades’ experience in social housing. It is aimed at providing tenants with quality homes at affordable prices.

By reinvesting funds back into local communities, Sanctuary Housing ensures its homes are well looked after and maintained to a high level, helping people to live somewhere they are proud to call home.

And this is where Revive Property Services has been providing Sanctuary Housing with a helping hand.  Being specialists in social housing repair and maintenance, we have been helping Sanctuary Housing ensure its homes in Liverpool and the North West are repaired in a timely manner and to a high quality.

Like Sanctuary Housing, we recognise the importance of keeping properties well maintained. Homes that are let to social tenants are required to be maintained to a particular standard. Social landlords are responsible for carrying out repairs on a property, as well as the maintenance work, so it remains at a rentable standard and so that tenants are comfortable living in the property.

At Revive Property Services we carry out responsive repairs quickly and efficiently, so tenants are never kept waiting for their home to be repaired. We also provide a long-term maintenance service, giving landlords peace of mind that their property is being maintained to a high standard, whether it’s empty or occupied.

As well as providing high quality maintenance and repairs to social housing across the North West, Revive also make home improvements and adaptations to properties to help tenants, which may be elderly or disabled, live more independent lives.

Simple yet effective moves such as having a ramp installed leading from the front door to the driveway, or having a bathroom turned into a wet room, enabling for easier showering, our quality Adaptations services can help people live with greater convenience and more independently for longer.

The Revive team is looking forward to continuing the important work with do with Sanctuary Housing and is confident we can secure similar frameworks in the Liverpool area.
